You will need to book tickets online before you arrive.

Due to the current guideline we must carefully plan the number of people we have onsite to ensure the safety of all and so in order to manage our numbers we must insist you book in advance online. This can be done through our booking system online here

No: We cannot accept cash payment due to government Covid-19 guidelines.

We cannot accept guests arriving without pre-booking online. Tickets can be purchased through our booking system here.

If after booking your tickets you wish to cancel the booking, we will try to offer an alternative date if one is available. You will be responsible for paying the difference for the new date and time slot.

The Build a Bear experience is included in every Child paid ticket. Everything required to build each Childs bear is included. Please note that the Bear does not come with clothes or accessories in the Child ticket entry price. Costumes and accessories can be purchased separately. The costumes shown on our website are for illustration purposes only.

Your tour journey experience starts at the start time you have booked your session. You should ensure you arrive 30 minutes before your tour is due to start.. If you are not at the entrance on time and your tour leaves you may not make your flight to the North Pole and miss the tour altogether.

No: This venue is dedicated to families, parents, carers and individuals accompanied by kids.

On average your journey through the Magical Christmas event will take between 2.0 to 2.5hrs. You will be guided through the Christmas adventure by our story telling elves, and will end in the play area marquee with father Christmas.

No: unfortunately due to the covid-19 restrictions we are unable to open the rest of the farm park and soft play to customers while the Christmas experience is running. We have also reduced the number of customers for each session on the Christmas experience.

Your tickets are sent via email after your payment has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. You will then receive a second email with a copy of your receipt with a barcode. And finally you will receive an email with your tickets in your name. All you have to do is either print them off and bring them with you, or bring your smartphone/tablet and show us the tickets to get in.

Yes: The Magical Christmas event is in its ninth year and is over 9000 square feet. It is part of our 28 acres of 4 Kingdoms Adventure Play & Family Farm. This is not a “pop up” Christmas event. We have been growing and adding to our adventure park and Christmas events for several years now. (P.S. our guarantee is subject to government guidelines in which case see our “important covid-19 information box).

Unfortunately we have heard of the terrible time parents had at other venues and companies that cancelled or went into administration. We have never let our visitors down, and have no connection with those sites or companies. Over 3600 star reviews on Facebook doesn’t lie, we are dedicated to providing the best experience you will have with your kids.

ALTHOUGH WE ARE FULLY COVID-19 COMPLIANT, AND CONFIDENT WE CAN SAFELY OPEN OUR DOORS UNDER CURRENT GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES.

IF GOVERNMENT POLICY REQUIRES THE FARM PARK TO CLOSE THE CHRISTMAS EVENT ALL GUESTS WILL OF COURSE HAVE THE OPTION TO TRANSFER THEIR BOOKING TO ANOTHER DAY, MOVE THEIR BOOKING TO THE 2022 FATHER CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE OR GET A REFUND.
