Exclusive session for our Special Needs Guests and their families
This event is specially designed to stimulate your child’s senses. You will be in smaller groups, with more relaxed timings for each experience. It is an immersive, sensory journey through the North Pole.
Build your very own Teddy Bear to take home, and meet Santa’s family, including the Elves, Magical Animals and Mrs Claus – along with a private meeting the big man himself, before choosing a toy from his Toy Shop!
This experience is suitable for special needs groups or schools. Your group may contain guests with a wide range of disabilities.

Experience pre-visit experience cards are available for those who have booked this experience.
PHOTOSENSITIVE EPILEPSY
We have thousands of twinkly lights and flashing light effects that may affect people with Photosensitive Epilepsy, unfortunately, due to the nature of our Christmas experience these lights can not be turned off.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
All doors are a minimum of 825mm wide and suitable for standard wheelchairs.
We have a couple of attractions that due to their age, design, and function are not wheelchair accessible. In these cases, there is an alternative route, or we can provide assistance to help you walk into the attraction.
Most of the tour is indoors on hard floor surfaces suitable for wheelchairs, there are ramps between changes of levels. This year we have a large outdoor area, but whilst they will contain hard surfaces such as gravel paths, they may be susceptible to adverse weather conditions and make it difficult for some smaller wheelchairs.
DISCOUNTS
Our Christmas experience is a limited ticket event, there are no discounts and no free tickets including carers, once the event is sold out there will be no dates or tickets added.
CLASSIC TICKETS
You are more than welcome to book our Classic Christmas Experience any day of the event, if you need more than 1 wheelchair, please contact us on manager@themagicalchristmasadventure.co.uk for us to complete your booking as we need to reduce the size of the group to accommodate extra wheelchairs to keep the tour enjoyable for the whole group.
Classic tours are on a tight schedule that can not be modified and therefore all guests need to keep to the same schedule.
All unruly behavior will not be tolerated as this can spoil the Christmas Experience of other guests. If you feel you need a quieter tour, please contact us on manager@themagicalchristmasadventure.co.uk and we will try to find a tour that would work for you.
