If you have already made a booking and need to add on more tickets then please call us on 01635 269678 with details of your order so we can resolve this for you.

During the event, bookings are online only. We accept cash or card at our tills for any other purchases. 

December is our peak period, therefore the ticket prices are reduced for shows further away from Christmas. For all our available dates and prices please click here.

This is to cover the cost of third-party software and card charges. This is non-refundable.

We can exchange your tickets for an alternative date if one is available. Your Magical Christmas event starts at the time you have booked your session. You should ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your tour is due to start. If you are not at the entrance on time and your tour leaves you may not make your sleigh ride to the North Pole.

The event is expected to be sold out, and if you are late you may be given the option to join your tour, missing what they have already completed or wait for the next available time slot, but we cannot guarantee this. If you know you’re going to be late, please phone us so we can try and move your tour – the earlier the better.

Yes, there is free parking available on-site.

On average your journey through the Magical Christmas event will take between 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on how much time you spend in The Sparkle Copse.

The Magical Christmas Adventure is in its tenth year and is over 40,000 square feet. It is part of our 43 acres of 4 Kingdoms Adventure Play & Family Farm. This is not a pop-up Christmas event. We have been growing and adding to our Adventure Park and Christmas events for several years now.

No, the event takes place inside.

Yes, we are accessible for wheelchairs/mobility scooters, but please note that our Sleigh Ride to the North Pole is in a moving room and would require you to be able to stand to get into the sleigh. If this is not possible then don’t worry, you will be able to skip this room and meet your party on the other side. There will also be accessible toilets available on site.

Our online booking limits each group to 1 wheelchair for the practicability and enjoyment of the whole group. If you require an extra wheelchair or mobility scooter, please call us on 01635 269678 so we can book you in to a reduced the group size.

Due to the interactive and immersive nature of the event, we don’t allow pushchairs/buggies. We provide seating around the event where possible to help those with very small ones. However, there are separately booked toddler sessions where pushchairs/buggies are permitted.

The Magical Christmas Adventure is suitable for all ages. If you have a smaller child, we also have separately booked toddler sessions that are tailored to smaller children. These sessions are limited to Under 5’s only. For more information on this session please click here.

The booking process will ask for information about the children and adults attending the experience. This information allows us to personalise your experience and make it magical for your group. Before the day of your experience, head to www.4k-photos.co.uk to fill in more information about your booking.

The more information you provide enables us to enhance your children’s experience and keep their belief in Christmas strong. Don’t worry if you can’t complete it all in one sitting, you’ll be able to log in to your account anytime until your visit to make additions or changes.

The Build A Bear experience and everything required to build each bear is included in every paid Child’s ticket. Please note that costumes and accessories for your bear can be purchased separately, and are not included in the entry price. Extra bears are available to purchase for £23.95.

Discounts are only available to our annual pass holders, who will receive 10% off tickets. We do not offer discounts for Military or Disability.

Yes. We encourage you to capture your Christmas memories, and we also have designated photo opportunities located throughout your tour. Please feel free to share your photos with us on social media.

Yes. You will have access to toilets around the tour (including accessible toilets/baby change stations).

COVID-19 Information

If for any reason we have to cancel a show, ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option to either exchange their tickets to an alternative date or they will be offered a refund – this does not include the booking fee.

Since the start of the pandemic, we have been keeping a close eye on the government guidelines for keeping our staff and guests safe. We can now open to full capacity but these key protocols will remain in place.

  • Our Magical Christmas Experience is equipped with excellent ventilation systems and we will continue our strict hygiene and sanitation measures throughout the venue and park with regular deep cleaning.
  • We ask that your party arrive 15 minutes before their start time to help manage the flow and movement of our guests.
  • All of our staff, cast and crew will be fully vaccinated or regularly tested.

The health and safety of our customers is of utmost importance. If you can’t use your ticket please call us on 01635 269678 at least 48 hours prior to your selected date so we can try and move your booking. You will be responsible for paying or be refunded the difference for the new date and time slot.

Tickets are all non-refundable. You can also donate your tickets to friends or family – all you need to do is change the guest details to theirs.

Please contact NHS Direct on 111 or NHS Test and Trace on 119 and follow Government Guidelines. The safety of our guests and staff is of utmost importance – if you do test positive for COVID-19 please contact us to let us know.

Following the current guidelines you do not need to wear face masks, the choice is optional. Our actors will not be wearing face coverings.

Travel Options​

If you’re coming by car, there is free onsite parking.

Trains: The nearest station is Newbury Station. This station has routes coming from both London and Reading. We are approximately 4 miles from Newbury Station.

Buses: There is a bus service hourly, except Sundays and Bank Holidays, that goes from Newbury Station to Basingstoke Station (bus LINK). It stops directly outside 4 Kingdoms, at Knightsbridge Farm.
