No visit to Santa’s kingdom would be complete without a tour of its most famous facility. The Elves are waiting excitedly to deliver a fascinating demonstration of their most sophisticated toy making machinery.

Enter the game at the new Elf Intelligence division of santa’s workshop. Pixel our tech savvy elf will take you through some of our latest developments in our gift making production line.

Santa’s very own teddy bear, Bartholomew – probably the world’s oldest living toy – is receiving guests at his private cave residence. He’s a gentle giant with a heart of gold, and having grown up as Santa’s lifelong companion, he’s perhaps a little bit magical himself.

The North Pole’s most impressive landmark has a long and illustrious reputation as a place of history, fortification, and … snowball fights. They say people who live in ice houses shouldn’t throw snow, but there’s nothing to say passing visitors can’t have a go.

The trees have ears… and often eyes, nose and mouth too. They are probably some of the friendliest and happiest trees you are ever likely to meet. So step inside the enchanted forest and take the winding, scenic route towards Santa’s place, located at the very heart of his kingdom; the North Pole itself.

It’s time to meet the most important person in the whole of the North Pole; the big man himself, the seasonal superintendent, the festive foreman, the bringer of joy and Christmas presents, Santa Claus.
He’s joyful and jolly, marvellously magical, and he’s always ready with a wink and a witty one-liner. And of course, he’s known you and your family your whole lives, so it’s bound to be a happy reunion as you reminisce together and look towards the future.
After your visit with Santa, take some time to explore the local village, Sparkle Copse, at your leisure…

Take a stroll around the village. There are plenty of picturesque spots to capture some family snaps. Walk around the snowy trees, or pay a visit to some of the local hotspots. Here’s our handy guide to help you find your way around

It takes a bear to Build a Teddy. Santa’s personal teddy bear Bartholomew is on hand to assist you in making your own terrific teddy that will be yours to love forever.

Home to the most talented cook and best baker in the village; mind you, they do fall behind schedule quite often, so you might have to get stuck in and lend a hand to complete your order. Keep your wits about you as you work, because the kitchen is generally quite chaotic, as befits a culinary genius.

Santa loves it when boys and girls put little treats out for his reindeer on Christmas Eve. But sometimes people leave out the strangest things – clearly they’ve never owned a reindeer of their own.
Well, never fear. Here at the Reindeer Kitchen we have expert reindeer on hand to help you prepare a tasty and nutritious snack to keep Santa’s champions flying high on their busiest night of the year.

As you leave, don’t forget to drop in to Santa’s own toy store. Here he keeps a toy for every boy and girl who comes to visit him, so that no child leaves empty handed.

You’ve come to the end of your Yuletide jaunt, so it’s time to travel home in style. Catch a supersonic train ride through the Northern forests and all the way back to the UK. It’s quite a distance, but thanks to our time-travelling hyper-technology, we’ll have you home in minutes.
