Each date runs a particular experience. Find the day that suits you, then book that ticket type — bookings are handled by our ticketing partner.
GOOD TO KNOW
Arrive fifteen minutes before your slot. Tours depart on time and cannot be held. Every guest, adult or child, needs a ticket.

All bookings are completed with our ticketing partner. Prices shown are the lowest available and vary by date and session — the final price is confirmed at checkout. A £2.50 booking fee and a £1 Make A Christmas donation are applied at checkout.

Choosing a ticket takes you to our secure ticketing partner to pick a time and pay.
Add your details
Tell us who is coming so Santa knows their names. You can log back in any time before your visit.
Wheelchairs
Tell us during booking and we will reserve adequate space on your tour. Chairs are not provided on site, so please bring your own.
SEND sessions
Dedicated quieter tours run in early December with smaller groups and a slower pace throughout the journey.
Photosensitive epilepsy
Some sets use flashing light effects. Contact us and we will walk you through which scenes are affected.
On the day
Sweet treats and reindeer food are included with every ticket. Hot drinks and light refreshments are available to buy on site.
Allergies
Let our team know when you arrive and we will tell you exactly what is in anything we hand out.
Bringing your own
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, though there is no picnic area indoors.
Changes and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable but can be moved to another available date up to seven days before your visit, subject to availability.
Arriving late
Tours depart on time and cannot be held. If you miss your slot we will do our best to fit you onto a later tour on the same day.
Supervision
Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.
