How long does the visit last?
Three to four hours from arrival, depending on how long you linger in Santa’s village afterwards. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your allotted slot.
Is it suitable for toddlers?
Yes — the adventure is designed for ages two to eleven, and the Glacial Theatre show is sensory-aware. Buggies can be left with our team at the entrance.
Do adults need a ticket?
Every person entering the experience needs a ticket, adults included. Infants under two go free but still need to be added to your booking.
Is the experience indoors?
The whole adventure is indoors and fully heated, so it runs whatever the weather.
Can we buy photographs?
Yes. A keepsake photograph is taken during your visit with Santa and is available to buy on the day.
