Ahead of the Santa Annual New Toy Awards (the SANTA’s), Santa is excited to welcome you to visit the North Pole for a magical Christmas adventure, creating special family memories for years to come.
Encounter the fabulously entertaining world of the Elves as they prepare for their busiest night of the year. You’ll head over to Santa’s lodge for a unique private audience with the big man himself; then there’s more fun in store as you explore his magical North Pole village of Sparkle Copse.
From toys to teddies, snowballs and sleighs, immerse yourself in a seasonal extravaganza; take lots of fantastic photos and come away laden with goodies and filled with Christmas cheer.

The Magical Christmas Adventure tour is a promenade theatre experience aimed to be more interactive and make you feel more involved than a traditional sit down experience. With many places to see and characters to meet, immerse yourself as you explore the North Pole and watch the story unfold.
If you’re up for some fun and a little audience participation Then get ready for a one of a kind show that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. From taking a sneak peek as the elves get ready for Christmas to a spontaneous snowball fight, enjoy this year’s show with the family.
This is a walking tour but there are places to sit and rest throughout the experience. For those with young ones and pushchairs consider one of our toddler sessions.

A Fantastic Santa visit really keeps the magic alive and can be just as exciting for the adults as for the kids. In your own private meeting with Santa you will visit the man himself at his winter cabin where the kids will then receive a key that they can used in the toy shop

As you enter, don’t forget to drop in to Santa’s own toy store. Here he keeps a toy for every boy and girl who comes to visit him, so that no child leaves empty handed.
Make a Teddy
It takes a bear to Build a Teddy. Santa’s personal teddy bear Bartholomew is on hand to assist you in making your own terrific teddy that will be yours to love forever.
Reindeer Food
Here at the Reindeer Kitchen we have expert reindeer on hand to help you prepare a tasty and nutritious snack to keep Santa’s champions flying high on their busiest night of the year.
Cookies
Enjoy some complimentary sweet treats at Sparkle Copes. For those wanting a bit more, other foods are available for purchase on the day.

There are places to wander and photo opportunities dotted around Sparkle cops, so make sure to capture your special Christmas memories as you find your way around.
Train Ride
It’s time to travel home in style. Catch a supersonic train ride all the way back to the UK. It’s quite a distance, but thanks to our time-travelling hyper-technology, we’ll have you home in minutes.
