Toddler sessions
This event is specially designed for your little ones.
We’ve dedicated these sessions to allow you and your family to experience the magic especially aimed at pre-school children. The experience, timings and group sizes are different to our Classic Christmas Experience.
Build your very own Teddy Bear to take home, and meet Santa’s friends, including the Elves, Magical Animals, enjoy cookie decorating, make some Reindeer food, have a chat with Mrs Claus – not forgetting a private meeting with big man himself and choosing a toy from his Toy Shop!
The Toddler Christmas Experience is our only ticket that allows pushchairs.
This Christmas Experience is designed specifically for toddlers and their parents/grandparents and guardians.
CLASSIC Experience
The Magical Christmas Adventure is a two and a half hour storytelling journey that creates incredible memories and excitement for every child.
Your journey starts with a ride to the North Pole where you will meet some of the quirkiest characters this winter wonderland has to offer. Take in the scenery as you and your family get a sneak peek behind the scenes as the elves go about their daily lives in preparation for Christmas.
After the grand tour you will be guided to Santa’s Cabin nestled within the small elven village. There you will receive a private meeting with the big man himself that will bring the magic of Christmas to life.
You are then invited to roam freely around Sparkle Copse for photo opportunities and Christmas activities. Visit Santa’s Toy Shop to pick out a special toy to make your way to Bartholomew’s workshop and make your very own teddy bear to take home.
To finish off you’ll take a short train ride on the North Pole Express back to 4 Kingdoms Adventure Park with all your goodies and memories of your magical Christmas adventure.
twilight TICKETS
Early evening twilight tickets 4pm onwards
The full experience (same as Classic), the twilight experience will also enjoy more of our external lights during parts of the experience
Please note due to the size and layout of The Magical Christmas Adventure the outside areas of 4 Kingdoms are CLOSED during November and December, The Cafe and Softplay remain open throughout the duration of the Christmas Experience.
VIP TICKETS
In addition to everything included in the Classic Experience, you also enjoy access to our exclusive VIP lounge, where you’ll each receive a complimentary refreshment and sweet treats.
No visit to the North Pole is complete without meeting the big man himself – and with our VIP gold package, your group will get a FREE photo with Santa Claus.

BOOKING PROCESS
The booking process will ask for information about the children and adults attending the experience. This information allows us to personalise your experience, and make it magical for the whole family.

Before your experience, head to www.4k-photos.co.uk to fill in more information about your booking. The more information you provide, the more we can enhance your child’s individual experience and keep their belief in the magic of Christmas strong.
Don’t worry if you can’t complete it all in one sitting – you’ll be able to login to your account at anytime until your visit to make additions or changes.
ACCESSIBILITY
WHEELCHAIRS
During the booking process you will see both adult with wheelchair and child with wheelchair options available. This is to help us provide adequate room and care throughout the tour. Wheelchairs are not supplied. All doors are a minimum of 825mm wide and suitable for standard wheelchairs.
S.E.N.D
Sessions for children with special educational needs and disabilities will be held on the on the 19th of December. Tour start times are from 3pm to 5:30pm. This experience is suitable for special needs groups or schools. Your group may contain guests with a wide range of disabilities. Get your SEND tickets here
PHOTOSENSITIVE EPILEPSY
We have thousands of twinkly lights and flashing light effects that may affect people with Photosensitive Epilepsy. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our Christmas experience these lights can not be turned off.
CLASSIC TOURS
You are more than welcome to book our Classic Experience any day of the event. If you need more than 1 wheelchair, please contact us on manager@4-kingdoms.co.uk for us to complete your booking as we need to reduce the size of the group to accommodate extra wheelchair space.
Classic tours are on a tight schedule that can not be modified and therefore all guests need to keep to the same schedule.
All unruly behavior will not be tolerated as this can spoil the Christmas Experience of other guests. If you feel you need a quieter tour, please contact us on manager@4-kingdoms.co.uk and we will try to find a tour that would work for you.
